Each Templify mockup pack includes high-resolution, watermark-free image files (3000x3000px+, 300 DPI) in clean JPEG and PNG formats. Many bundles also feature multiple angles — including clean flat-lays, lifestyle in-use shots, and macro texture close-ups.

2. What software do I need to use these mockups?

Our mockups are universally compatible! You can use free web tools like Canva, mobile apps like Procreate, or professional software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Affinity Photo. Simply place your design over the blank garment or item, adjust blending/opacity as desired, and export.

3. What commercial rights are included?

Every purchase comes with a full Commercial Use License. You are licensed to use our mockup templates to display and promote your designs across Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, social media, and advertising campaigns. You may not resell, sub-license, or distribute the raw mockup image files themselves.

4. How quickly do I receive my files?

Instantly! As soon as your checkout is complete, an immediate download link is presented on-screen and a backup download link is emailed to your receipt address.

5. What is your refund policy?

Because digital downloads are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are generally final. However, if you experience any technical defect with a file, reach out to us at templify@thisisomni.ai and we will promptly resolve or replace it.

6. Can I request specific blanks or colorways?

Yes! We continuously expand our catalog based on creator demand. If there is a specific apparel blank, drinkware size, or color palette you need, send us a note via our Contact page.
