Instant Digital Delivery

All products sold on Templify are delivered immediately via digital download. Because digital assets are accessible and usable instantly upon checkout, all sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable once downloaded.

Defective or Corrupted Files

If you encounter an issue downloading your files, find a corrupted archive, or identify a technical defect with a mockup template, please contact our support team at templify@thisisomni.ai within 14 days of purchase. We will promptly provide replacement files or resolve the issue.

Commercial License Support

Every purchase includes lifetime commercial usage rights for your product listings. If you have questions about licensing or file specifications, our support team is available Monday through Friday at templify@thisisomni.ai.
